She is the Founder and Principal of IQEQ Law PLLC, a boutique law firm dedicated to delivering smart, strategic legal counsel to companies operating in the public sector or navigating complex regulatory environments.
India’s legal practice spans government procurement law, MWBE and certification strategy, business and corporate counsel, lobbying compliance, and election law. India began her career in public service in 2011 as a Legislative and Budget Director in the New York City Council. After earning her JD and MBA, she went on to serve as Executive Director of the New York State Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislative Caucus, Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, and Chief of Staff to a City Council Member. She later held a senior leadership role at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice as Deputy Executive Director of the Mayor’s Action Plan for Neighborhood Safety (MAP).
India also practiced at the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she provided high-stakes litigation and regulatory counsel before launching IQEQ Law to serve mission-driven businesses and public-sector leaders with precision, integrity, and foresight.
